Regional Marketing Manager

About the Role: Skillsoft Global Knowledge is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager for a Hybrid/Remote role based in the Netherlands. You will own and deliver the regional marketing strategy and execution across the Benelux region, working in close partnership with regional sales to drive revenue growth, pipeline creation, and regional go‑to‑market priorities.

What You'll Do

• Own the Benelux region marketing plan, aligned to global and regional GTM priorities and sales targets.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution of regional marketing initiatives, supporting multi‑channel demand generation programs (email, nurture, digital activation).
• Plan and execute regional marketing events, including in-person/virtual events, executive briefings, and partner-led initiatives.
• Support and execute Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting priority Benelux accounts.
• Act as the primary regional marketing partner for Benelux sales teams to ensure continuous alignment throughout the funnel.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional experience in field marketing or regional marketing within B2B (technology, SaaS, or professional services preferred).
• Strong track record of executing demand generation, events, and sales‑aligned field programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Bonus: Exposure to ABM programs and experience working in a regional or multi‑country market (Benelux or EMEA preferred).
