React Native Mobile Developer

About the Role: OnePay is a consumer fintech platform trusted by millions of Americans to make money better. As a React Native Engineer, you'll craft simple and elegant mobile experiences that play a central role in our customers' financial lives, operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship new product features and improve existing ones to support customers' financial journeys.
• Employ best practices such as code reviews, automated testing, and continuous delivery on a modern React Native stack.
• Optimize app performance across devices and platforms, ensuring smooth and consistent user experiences.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers from concept to launch.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying iOS and Android apps with React Native.
• Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization (frame rate, rendering, device constraints).
• Passion for your craft and an act-like-an-owner mentality to proactively resolve problems.
• Bonus: Familiarity with modern software engineering practices and backend stacks like Node, TypeScript, and AWS.
