Quality Tech Architect (Quality Intelligence & AI Tooling)

Contentsquare, a global leader in experience analytics, is seeking a Quality Tech Architect to define the future of our Quality Framework. This is not a standard QA role; you will be the technical owner of Quality Intelligence, building AI-assisted tooling (using LLMs and Agents) and shaping how quality signals are surfaced across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• AI & Innovation: Design and build AI-assisted quality tooling, leveraging LLM prompt engineering, agent-based systems, and MCPs.
• Platform Architecture: Architect and extend scalable quality platforms and automation enablers that integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and enablement to engineers across the organization without direct people management.
• Data-Driven Quality: Generate automated reports on test coverage and execution to provide actionable insights.
• Observability: Define and monitor quality KPIs/indicators to enable data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on building quality, testing, or reliability systems.
• Core Tech: Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, with growing experience in Python and building production-grade backend systems.
• AI Expertise: Practical experience integrating AI-assisted systems (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Agent-based workflows) into real-world tooling.
• Infrastructure: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and CI/CD tools (ArgoCD, GitLab CI).
• Mindset: An "initiator" comfortable shaping problems and driving strategy for quality platforms at scale.
