Quality Assurance Lead

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will own end-to-end QA delivery for client deployments and lead a distributed QA/SDET team across the US, Colombia, and India.

What You'll Do

• Lead a distributed QA/SDET team, handling task assignment, prioritization, and technical guidance.
• Define and drive an automation-first test strategy while ensuring effective manual testing where needed.
• Write and review automated tests across API and integration layers, and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and fast feedback loops.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve testing outcomes, including test generation, defect analysis, and automation acceleration.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience as an SDET or automation-focused QA engineer.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring QA engineers and managing QA for client-facing deployments.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, along with strong SQL and API testing experience (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, IVR domains, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Bonus: Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, performance testing tools, or Salesforce certifications.
