Proposals Pricing Analyst

About the Role: SmithRx is a rapidly growing Health-Tech company on a mission to disrupt the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector. We are looking for a Proposals Pricing Analyst to participate in the presales process by conducting claims analysis and creating deliverables that illustrate our value proposition to potential clients, consultants, and benefit brokers.

What You'll Do

• Independently query necessary data from large data sets and generate ad hoc analysis with clear insights.
• Leverage historical claims data to provide reprice reporting for assessment and risk management.
• Assist in preparing high-quality, "client-ready" deliverables for the sales team.
• Execute deep-dive analyses into large datasets and clearly communicate findings with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to illustrate the potential impact of implementing SmithRx as a pharmacy benefit solution.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of professional experience with strong analytical skills to develop key insights from data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker, and Tableau.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bonus: Experience in the software, employee benefits, or healthcare industries.
