Prompt Engineer (Marketing & Localization)

Medier, a creative marketing agency, is looking for a Prompt Engineer to architect and optimize how Large Language Models (LLMs) generate and localize content. You will design intelligent prompts and templates that transform how the agency produces, tests, and scales messaging across markets. In short, you will teach machines how to write well at a global scale, ensuring deep localization for diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prompt Architecture: Develop, refine, and test LLM prompts to produce high-quality marketing and CRM content at scale.
• Library Management: Create reusable prompt libraries for various content types (emails, push notifications, product copy, translations).
• Localization Automation: Design prompt systems for automated content localization, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.
• A/B Testing: Continuously A/B test and optimize prompt performance for clarity, tone, and localization accuracy.
• Workflow Design: Build context-driven workflows for regional content variation and tone adaptation.

Requirements

• AI Experience: Proven experience designing and optimizing prompts for LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI capabilities.
• Localization Background: Experience in localization, translation management, or global content strategy is highly valued.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English, and ideally another major language.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to measure, compare, and improve prompt effectiveness using data.
