Location:

Gilbert/Mesa, Arizona area - Hybrid/flexible with up to 3 days per week onsite as needed

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Coordination & Workflow Management
  • Orchestrate the end-to-end workflow from SOP publication through training readiness, managing all activities between content creation and execution
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines across multiple learning workstreams and departments
  • Prioritize and sequence work for content designers and contractors, providing clear direction and information needed for development
  • Create and implement quality assurance processes to ensure training materials meet standards before site deployment
  • Stakeholder & SME Management
  • Coordinate with 20+ subject matter experts across Dispense, Fulfillment, PIT, Non-Sterile Compounding, Sterile Compounding, Automation, and Facilities
  • Facilitate alignment meetings and communication between SMEs, content designers, and learning teams
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication channels across all levels
  • Build strong partnerships with vendors and contractors supporting content development
  • Learning Program Oversight
  • Guide development of visual training guides, competency assessments, and knowledge check quizzes based on SOPs
  • Determine enrollment strategies and identify which groups require training for each program
  • Ensure facilities and operations training aligns with launch requirements and regulatory standards
  • Prepare comprehensive handoff documentation for the site learning manager and team
  • Project Management & Reporting
  • Maintain project tracking systems and dashboards using Asana, Smartsheets, and Google platforms
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies proactively
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and resource needs
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and launch deadlines

What You'll Bring

  • Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in learning & development, operations launch, or organizational change
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with competing priorities
  • Strong coordination skills with demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
  • Experience managing 15+ stakeholders simultaneously across different functional areas
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and quality
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Smartsheets, Google Workspace)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Pharmacy operations or healthcare experience
  • Background in training program development or instructional design coordination
  • Familiarity pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
  • Experience with new facility launches or large-scale operational implementations
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification
