The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy Product Support Specialist to join our Customer Support Team. You will be the face of Datacor, helping customers identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues while conducting research and data analysis to provide thorough service.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Provide Tier One tech support via calls and emails, becoming a knowledgeable advocate for our users.
  • Professional Services: Help new and existing customers with software projects, including custom report building and app configuration.
  • Technical Documentation: Create, contribute to, and maintain high-quality technical documentation for internal and external use.
  • Product Improvement: Collaborate with Development teams to enhance customer-facing tools and product interactions.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience writing SQL queries, conducting data manipulation, and scrubbing.
  • Minimum intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong research skills to collect information, troubleshoot, and document complex technical issues.
  • Proven experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or Project Management.
  • Previous experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
