Position Overview

We are seeking a technically authoritative, high-agency Product / Project Manager to operate at the high-stakes intersection of core blockchain product strategy, systems engineering execution, and strategic enterprise partnerships. In this cross-functional position, you will serve as the premier operational and coordination layer bridging external global partners with our internal product and engineering leadership squads across the NEAR Intents grid. This track demands a technical professional who is equally comfortable whiteboarding distributed ledger infrastructure with core protocol developers as they are negotiating complex integration milestones with institutional clients, crypto exchanges, and external solvers.

Key Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Bridge Integration: Act as the primary technical liaison between external partner nodes and internal engineering and product operations squads to accelerate multi-tenant delivery velocity.
• Partner & Counterparty Management: Drive day-to-day coordination, communication channels, and alignment parameters across market makers, decentralized exchange solvers, institutional counterparties, crypto wallets, and validator infrastructure providers.
• Technical Requirement Synthesis: Extract, clean, and structure abstract business requests and complex technical requirements from external stakeholders into actionable product specification documents, UI workflows, and explicit engineering sprints.
• Launch & Deployment Orchestration: Coordinate cross-functional launch initiatives spanning core protocol engineering, business development (BD), and decentralized partner teams to eliminate tracking dependencies and resolve operational execution risks.
• Onboarding Process Optimization: Direct the technical implementation and partner onboarding tracks for complex infrastructure integrations related to cross-chain abstraction, liquidity routing matrices, and atomic settlement flows.
• Technical Documentation Governance: Design and maintain client-facing integration materials, automated process charts, step-by-step playbooks, and structural partner-facing documentation registries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of verified professional history leading technical delivery tracks, technical program management, or high-stakes partner integration workflows inside fast-paced technology verticals.
• Proven background directing complex, cross-functional technical initiatives from abstract ideation down to successful public production launch.
• Strong, authoritative technical understanding of blockchain infrastructure, web3 API structures, decentralized wallet connection routines, DeFi mechanics, and cross-chain transaction routing systems.
• Demonstrated experience documenting detailed, clean technical requirements and product specifications without using ambiguous parameters.
• Outstanding cross-cultural project management mechanics, with an ability to communicate technical tradeoffs clearly to technical developers and non-technical business executives alike.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Direct production experience or deep structural familiarity operating within the NEAR ecosystem or leveraging native chain abstraction software components.
• Clear operational understanding of cryptographic market maker dynamics, transaction solver pools, programmatic liquidity routing, or intent-based system architectures.
• Prior history coordinating distributed remote development teams asynchronously across multiple international time zones.
• Hands-on programming or configuration exposure manipulating low-level web3 APIs, smart contract SDKs, or localized blockchain nodes.
