Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, narrative-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our core centralized marketing division in a full-time remote capacity across Canada. In this high-leverage strategic seat, you will step up to claim individual operational accountability as the single connection point between the Product and Marketing teams at ShareGate. Shifting completely away from passive changelog updates and fragmented deliverables, you will act as a structural messaging architect—translating complex technical feature logic into compelling buyer stories. This position requires a B2B SaaS veteran with 4+ years of experience who drives Go-To-Market (GTM) launches fluidly, manages cross-functional communication smoothly natively using advanced project frameworks, and leverages AI tools to automate repeatable workflows and accelerate complex messaging delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End GTM Launch Architecture: Define, execute, and run a repeatable product launch process spanning product managers, core marketing, sales enablement, support, and customer marketing teams natively utilizing Project Management methodologies.
- Positioning and Messaging Governance: Own the positioning, core messaging, and competitive documentation for each ShareGate product line (Migrate and Protect), creating the living reference standard that guides the entire team and our internal AI systems.
- High-Value Content Quality Control: Provide rigorous quality control on all high-value external content (landing pages, emails, launch assets, social posts), intercepting messaging drift natively leveraging Content Writer expertise before it reaches the market.
- Product-to-Market Translation: Run deep intake conversations with product managers to extract the exact customer pain point, insight, and problem solved by each release, converting technical details into stories buyers actually care about.
- Internal Sales and Support Readiness: Ensure absolute internal readiness prior to launch day, briefing support teams with robust FAQs and guaranteeing sales teams understand exactly what changed and why.
- AI-Native Workflow Acceleration: Operate in a strictly AI-native manner, heavily automating repeatable pipeline parts (intake forms, first-draft messaging, briefing templates, QA) to reserve your time for critical, high-level judgment calls.
- Launch Visibility Triage: Make rapid, data-backed decisions on the exact level of market visibility required for each specific release and coordinate its multi-channel execution smoothly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of verified professional history running advanced product marketing, B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, software launch coordination, or technical marketing communications.
- Deep, authoritative technical command of product messaging architectures, competitive positioning documentation, and sales enablement structuring.
- Expert-tier capability acting as a natural bridge builder, earning absolute trust from both highly technical product managers and creative marketing squads.
- Demonstrated ability to extract compelling narratives from dense product conversations and translate technical specifics into clear, buyer-centric language.
- AI-Native Mindset: Proven readiness and experience utilizing AI tools to automate repeatable tasks, draft initial copy, and accelerate complex product marketing lifecycles.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics in fluent English, featuring clear writing, ruthless editing skills, and the confidence to call out incorrect messaging and back it up with data.
- Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified product marketing professionals based permanently and resident anywhere within **Canada** to operate under a 100% remote home-office layout.
