About the Role: Freshpaint is a privacy-first data platform that helps healthcare organizations use modern marketing and analytics tools without exposing protected health information (PHI). We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy, translate complex technical products into clear stories, and drive revenue while partnering closely with Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and own clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for key products and use cases.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product and feature launches that drive pipeline and adoption.
  • Enable Sales and CS with narratives, talk tracks, and assets that improve win rates, deal velocity, and ACV.
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns, content, and storytelling that reinforce our product narrative and generate demand.
  • Gather and synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights and apply them to messaging, positioning, and GTM strategy.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
  • Proven track record of crafting positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates a product and resonates with target buyers.
  • Demonstrated success building sales enablement and leading product launches that drive measurable business impact.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Bonus: AdTech or MarTech experience, marketing to healthcare/privacy-sensitive audiences, or familiarity with data infrastructure tools like CDPs.
