Job Description

About the Role: As a Product Manager, you'll play a vital role in our Product Management team, driving corporate strategy, product-level P&Ls, and operating rhythms. You'll oversee the product roadmap, Go-To-Market strategy, and pricing for a product or set of products. Acting as an intermediary between market/business requirements and engineering, you'll advocate for the product internally and lead the product team to make informed business decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Maximize the output of the development team within a scrum framework to ensure the product's success.
  • Drive product roadmap prioritization, clearly express product backlog items, order items to best achieve goals, and optimize the value of the team's work.
  • Participate in stand-up meetings, lead sprint planning, and facilitate product demos.
  • Analyze user data and market data to identify product opportunities.
  • Understand user and customer needs, working across departments to bring the product to life and communicate the voice of the customer.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in product management.
  • Experience in building mortgage technology is strongly preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • Analytical skills to work on problems of moderate scope, requiring a review of various factors.
  • Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to apply learned techniques and contribute to analysis and investigation.
  • Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions.
