Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, execution-oriented Product Manager to own the operational quality, coverage scalability, and automated ingestion mechanics of MediaRadar’s core ad creative capture pipeline. This is a highly specialized, technical product track located inside our Data Platforms & Analytics division. Moving far beyond generic backlog management, you will hold end-to-end model ownership across our automated TV, Digital, and Print capture frameworks, managing complex third-party data vendor relations, upgrading electronic program guide infrastructure, and designing Human-in-the-Loop (HiTL) feedback loops alongside ML engineers to eliminate human operational bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Capture Scalability: Drive the multi-year product roadmap for automated ad creative capture across global streaming, TV, digital, and print channels without proportional operational headcount growth.
- Model Ownership & Optimization: Manage model performance metrics on the PM-side, analyzing classifier confidence scores, diagnosing false positive trends, and tracking datasets to optimize automated sorting.
- Human-in-the-Loop Workflow Design: Architect and implement algorithmic feedback mechanisms for high-volume junk detection, cross-channel duplicate filtering, and complex data classification workflows.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Oversee the programmatic schedule guide and linear TV reference data engineering tracks, ensuring robust system integration with downstream ad attribution models.
- Technical Requirement Synthesis: Author mathematically grounded, crystal-clear user stories, product specifications, and API mapping contracts that multi-timezone developer teams can instantly execute without follow-up cycles.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Direct data compliance and technical requirements with external third-party data partners while tightly aligning internal content operations with core product releases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–10 years of professional product management, technical program management, or high-ownership data systems tracking experience inside a technology-centric enterprise.
- Demonstrated capability to write exhaustive, technically fluent product requirements, data specs, and integration guidelines.
- Analytical mindset with direct experience query-analyzing datasets independently to validate pipeline hypotheses or isolate performance degradation roots.
- Outstanding written communication mechanics, calibrated specifically to drive operational clarity across distributed technical teams across multiple time zones.
- High-agency execution mindset with the ability to translate conceptual engineering adjustments into stable production-grade releases.
- Location Context: 100% remote-first operational infrastructure flexibility open to qualified technical product managers permanently residing within India.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior technical exposure or domain knowledge navigating advertising technology, media attribution modeling, or global broadcast measurement workflows.
- Hands-on familiarity tracking machine learning-driven data pipelines, evaluating model precision parameters, or managing prompt architectures.
- Familiarity manipulating modern data engineering frameworks and project management tracking systems such as Databricks, Jira, or equivalent environments.
