Role Mission
We are seeking a seasoned, highly motivated Product Manager with a strong conceptual grasp of the programmatic ad-tech ecosystem to drive Screenverse's evolution into a technology-first product platform. In this high-agency engineering track, you will serve as the technical translator—crisply defining customer friction points into shippable blueprints, iterating on functional frontend interface designs yourself, and unifying disparate systems into a cohesive, slick user experience layer.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer-Centric Roadmap Strategy: Serve as the absolute voice of the customer, gathering operational feedback from media owners and buyers to prioritize product backlogs, estimate delivery timelines, and balance short-term patches with long-term platform goals.
- Rapid UI/UX Prototyping: Design, build, and iterate on highly functional, rapid user journey prototypes using advanced low-code or design suites (Lovable, v0, Figma) to give product engineers a precise architectural direction on what to build.
- Problem Definition & Scope Isolation: Define technical system problems so crisply that our dedicated software engineers can independently own the programmatic solution design and run with implementation tasks.
- Ecosystem Optimization: Identify architectural bottlenecks across multi-tenant database clusters, analyze operational tradeoffs, query endpoint APIs, and continuously enhance Screenverse’s real-time programmatic ad execution layers.
- Cross-Functional Thought Leadership: Champion the product suite internally, establishing seamless data feedback loops with internal account managers, business development leads, and technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional Product Management experience operating inside remote-first, agile software engineering structures (ad-tech sector background preferred but not mandatory).
- Demonstrated ability to write, design, and iterate on frontend interface wireframes yourself using modern prototyping sandboxes like Lovable, v0, or Figma.
- Strong technical familiarity managing multi-tenant systems, executing API queries, and handling intermediate data manipulation using advanced Excel functions.
- Excellent written documentation and verbal communication mechanics to explain intricate programmatic topics cleanly to non-technical users.
- High-agency operator with the comfort to manage multiple large-scale product streams autonomously from strategy through execution.
- Proficiency navigating modern collaboration environments, task matrices, and ticketing backlogs including Wrike, Notion, and GitHub.
- Location Scope: 100% remote operational framework setup open to qualified product leaders located within the United States.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Direct operational experience handling programmatic trading protocols like **OpenRTB, VAST**, or targeted digital video ad servings.
- Familiarity authoring detailed technical documentation, mapping software requirements, or configuring product telemetry/data observability instruments.
