Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on, full-stack Product Manager to support the continuous evolution of Mitratech’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) within our HR Solutions (HRS) division. This execution-oriented role requires navigating the complete product lifecycle from discovery up to delivery, acting as the primary product owner and connective tissue across two dedicated engineering scrum teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Delivery Management: Own the end-to-end deployment of functional initiatives across multiple scrum teams, running sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming blocks, and release evaluations.
• Requirements Architecture: Translate high-level platform strategies into highly detailed functional requirements, user epics, stories, and structured acceptance criteria.
• Backlog Optimization: Manage and iteratively refine priority tasks within product backlogs to keep engineering tracks cleanly aligned with roadmap timelines.
• Cross-functional Alignment: Partner alongside internal Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Marketing cohorts to extract product requirements and manage conflicting priorities.
• User & Market Insights: Run focused competitive research and consumer usage analysis using AI-assisted tools to measure platform performance, adoption metrics, and retention goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience working as a Product Manager or Product Owner within a B2B SaaS architecture.
• Proven ability writing exhaustive requirements and driving iterative system deployments within strict Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with leveraging modern AI tools or LLMs to build internal automation workflows and analyze user data pools.
• Strong capabilities managing competing milestones with limited executive guidance.
• Excellent communication capacity to bridge technical specifications with non-technical organizational leadership.
• Location Constraint: Due to strict corporate compliance frameworks, candidates must completely reside within Mexico.

Nice to Have Skills

• Direct operational experience building HR Technology, ATS engines, or managing automated talent acquisition workflows.
• Solid understanding of compliance frameworks, onboarding systems, and high-volume hiring challenges.
• Familiarity handling platform consolidation initiatives or integrating newly acquired product infrastructures.
• Hands-on daily user experience with tooling setups like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or Productboard.
