Product Experience Engineer

About the Role: Sleek makes the back-office easy for micro SMEs through proprietary software and AI. We are looking for a Product Experience Engineer to lead the development of Sleek's customer-facing digital experiences and growth-driven microsites, blending frontend engineering, performance optimization, and marketing automation.

What You'll Do

• Deliver Sleek's landing page and web app frontend, ensuring Lighthouse performance scores above 90.
• Develop responsive, accessible UIs in React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS aligned with the design system.
• Develop a microsite framework and integrate headless CMS platforms (Sanity, Contentful, or Strapi).
• Deploy analytics and tracking infrastructure (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Mixpanel) and implement A/B testing.
• Build SEO-ready, CMS-integrated, and data-informed user interfaces that scale globally.

What You Bring

• 4–6 years of engineering experience, with 1–2 years embedded within Marketing or Growth Engineering functions.
• Strong frontend engineering mastery with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Deep experience in SEO, performance optimization, and maintaining high Lighthouse scores.
• Strong integration capability with modern CMS platforms and advanced analytics stacks.
• Bonus: Experience with Micro Front Ends (MFE) and no-code automation tools like Zapier.
