About the Production Team

Collectively’s Production team is the strategic production arm of our client services practice, responsible for leading influencer marketing projects from kick off to completion with creativity, ingenuity, and exceptional project management skills. The team charter is flawless execution and exceptional client service and we pride ourselves on guiding our clients and influencers through each step of a project with strategic solutions along the way.

Responsibilities

Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Forecasting and Strategy:
    • Share monthly/quarterly revenue and commission projections based on historical data
    • Recommend strategies for hitting quarterly revenue/recruitment goals
    • Align on quarterly incentive plan to encourage affiliate participation across campaigns
  • Campaign Activation & Management:
    • Set up and manage campaigns in our affiliate platform, GRIN
    • Notify affiliate partners about campaign launches, product fulfillment, and codes
    • Send weekly newsletters to encourage posting and announce incentives
    • Recruit additional affiliate partners as needed
    • Manage the payout process for affiliate partners receiving commissions
  • Reporting:
    • Monitor performance trends and report on performance 1-2X/week
    • Add partners to the reporting platform, Tribe, and track post-level performance
    • Collaborate with the Analytics team on monthly/quarterly reporting, providing insights, pacing to target, key findings, and strategic recommendations
  • Education:
    • Host training and education sessions for the larger Liquid I.V. production team to better understand the affiliate workstream
    • Determine optimal ways of working, integrating the day-to-day production team into the affiliate process as needed
    • Provide ongoing coaching and proactive education for the day-to-day team
  • Admin:
    • Attend internal, external, and production status calls to provide updates and talk through challenges/strategy
    • Answer inbound emails from affiliate partners to troubleshoot code, link, and fulfillment issues
    • Collaborate with Production and cross-functional leaders as needed to optimize the affiliate process

Project Management

  • Independently or with co-Producers, lead program execution of multi-phase projects across a variety of client types and verticals
  • Develop and manage to program timelines and budgets, ensuring programs are delivered on time and on budget and with key KPIs met
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration and contributions to projects happen successfully throughout the production phase
  • Prepare key production deliverables, including campaign briefs, activation strategies, production schedules, influencer lists, and weekly reports
  • Together with Collectively’s Business Affairs team, ensure that agreements for influencers are accurate, align with program goals, and are executed in a timely fashion
  • Proactively inform Production leadership of project status, optimization insights and potential partnership learnings
  • On an as-needed basis, travel to attend and manage influencer presence at events and/or shoots
  • Excel at adopting and utilizing key tech and SaaS platforms

Influencer Casting & Management

  • Responsible for successful casting of influencers for campaigns, whether via briefs to Collectively’s casting partner or by utilizing our casting CRM tool directly
  • Leverage Collectively’s process, tools, and historical performance to provide strategic and relevant talent recommendations
  • Lead research, recruitment, and presentation of influencer talent for active campaigns, providing strong rationale for potential candidates
  • Conduct outreach to our influencer Community, new potential partners, and their respective agents, to gauge interest in Collectively campaigns. Track availability, rates, and other key details related to the project to assess influencer alignment/fit
  • Work cross-functionally to manage scaled seeding (gifting) programs from start to finish, including influencer recruitment, community development and management, product fulfillment, and content tracking
  • Create surveys for additional information and opt-ins
