Process Intelligence Engineer

About the Role: At Robot.com, we automate businesses to achieve peak efficiency. We are looking for a Process Intelligence Engineer to map how Robot.com truly operates and automate it using AI agents. This is a greenfield role where you'll help build our internal automation layer from the ground up, translating process discoveries into production-ready automations.

What You'll Do

• Design and build automation workflows and AI agents that eliminate manual work company-wide.
• Integrate automations with internal platforms and external tools using APIs, webhooks, and custom logic.
• Apply security best practices for access control, credential management, and safe data handling.
• Maintain and iterate on live automations based on real-world feedback and performance data.
• Collaborate with the Process Intelligence Lead and document builds for replication and improvement.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience building with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, Claude API, OpenAI Agents SDK, OpenRouter).
• Proficiency with automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier, and active use of AI-assisted dev environments (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code).
• English and Spanish fluency (C1 level).
• Strong autonomous work ethic and clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus: Scripting experience (JS/TS, Python), SQL, Postgres, and experience deploying APIs or agents to production.
