Principal Product Designer

About the Role: Ethena is a modern compliance training platform serving 1M+ learners. We are looking for a Principal Product Designer to join our team where design is a core business strategy. You will own the end-to-end design of new product features, leveraging AI-driven development to move fast without sacrificing quality, while reporting directly to the VP of Design.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process from early concept through to shipping, collaborating closely with product and engineering.
• Leverage AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate design iterations and build functional prototypes.
• Lead our qualitative research practice, working directly with users to turn messy insights into clear product direction.
• Communicate and rationalize design decisions to stakeholders, keeping user needs at the center.
• Shape both short and long-term product planning as the lead design voice in discovery and delivery phases.
