About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Pricing Analyst to support our new business and renewal pricing strategies. This role reports to the Pricing Lead and is critical to helping the team scale as the company grows. The Pricing Analyst owns account-level pricing for new and renewing clients while continuously improving pricing models and processes. Through this work, they play a key role in driving revenue across our book of business. This role is ideal for an analytical individual who is passionate about the healthcare industry and thrives in a fast-growing environment.
Where you will work:
Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
What you will do:
- Provide account-specific pricing guidance and quotes for new clients as well as renewals with escalation of complex quotes
- Conduct analysis to identify and communicate the financial impact of pricing decisions
- Collaborate on improving Garner’s pricing models using projected and actual healthcare costs, including understanding the intersection between Garner’s pricing and the impacts on the financial plan
- Assist with building and monitoring mechanisms to understand performance of the book of business and intersection with the financial plan
- Assist in building processes and policies to support continually improving financial planning and pricing decisions
- Maintain pricing models while continually identifying opportunities for efficiencies
The ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of professional experience in an analytical function
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets

Compensation Transparency:
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
