Premium Audit Manager, Insurance

About the Role: United Risk is a global P&C insurance underwriting and distribution platform seeking a Premium Audit Manager to serve as the founding member of our premium audit team. This is a unique "player-coach" opportunity to build a department from the ground up, leveraging third-party vendors and eventually designing proprietary audit standards.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the founding member of the premium audit team.
• Leverage and manage a network of third-party vendors.
• Learn from vendor workflows to design and implement proprietary audit standards.
• Develop and implement the technology stack and SOPs for the department.
• Build the system from the ground up rather than plugging into an existing one.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of three years of Premium Audit experience.
• Proficiency in audit technology.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and readiness for a player-coach role.
