Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented PR Specialist (Account Executive) to join our fast-paced B2B Technology PR practice in a full-time remote capacity. In this high-visibility client services seat, you will hold direct responsibility for supporting the day-to-day management of complex technology portfolios, assisting in the development and execution of highly creative public relations campaigns. Moving far beyond transactional messaging, you will craft strategic pitches, conduct targeted media outreach to secure placements, coordinate with influencer networks, and translate raw media metrics into structured client reports. This position demands a sharp-thinking communicator who brings real agency craft, possesses an outstanding knack for building journalist connections, and thrives when taking ownership of deadlines from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Support & Strategy Alignment: Assist in the day-to-day management of enterprise B2B Technology accounts, building strong customer success relationships and ensuring exceptional delivery of strategic communications plans.
  • Media Materials Composition: Write, edit, and optimize premium press documentation, including comprehensive press releases, creative pitch templates, targeted media alerts, and client briefings.
  • Outbound Media Outreach: Proactively identify relevant media opportunities, pitch tech narratives to journalists, and secure high-impact editorial coverage to maximize brand visibility for B2B clients.
  • Campaign Execution & Activations: Contribute to the structural rollout of multi-channel PR campaigns, incorporating influencer marketing collaborations, product launches, and digital event activations.
  • Cross-Functional Brainstorming: Participate actively in continuous planning assemblies alongside senior team members and cross-functional marketing cells to formulate unique storytelling angles.
  • Analytics & Insight Reporting: Monitor regional technology trends, trace dynamic media landscapes, and track campaign results to compile insightful analytical reports for corporate review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of verified professional history running public relations, corporate communications, or media outreach pipelines, preferably within a fast-paced agency environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or an equivalent commercial management field.
  • Demonstrated experience or deep functional interest managing B2B account dynamics, trade media relations, and professional influencer marketing channels.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and verbal communication mechanics, with a proven track record of securing high-tier media placements and editorial coverage.
  • Strong quantitative organization and time management habits, with the capacity to coordinate multiple client accounts and strict deadlines independently from a remote workspace.
