Job Description

About the Role: Social Discovery Group (SDG) is one of the world's largest groups of social discovery companies. We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO for one of our investment products to manage both business and personal tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the CEO's calendars, including scheduling, prioritisation, and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare and coordinate meetings, handle incoming communications, and track responses.
  • Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, and service providers.
  • Organise travel and logistics, and handle personal administrative tasks and payments.
  • Take ownership of routine tasks, manage documents, and resolve administrative processes independently.

What You Bring

  • Fluent in Russian and English.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, specifically supporting senior management.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with close attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Requirement: Must be able to work in a time zone close to Dubai or Cyprus.
