About the Role: GearUp2Success is offering a unique opportunity for experienced Success Educational consultants to join our team and create an additional stream of income. This role allows you to work independently, leveraging a proven business model and strategies to generate income through sales profits while having the flexibility to work from home or while traveling.

What You'll Do

• Generate leads through the creation and placement of basic online ads on various platforms.
• Conduct brief telephone or Zoom interviews with prospective clients and leads.
• Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to your team members and community associates.
• Participate in weekly training sessions via Zoom to continuously advance your professional skills.

What You Bring

• Experience in educational consulting, sales, or lead generation is highly preferred.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• A desire to break away from the traditional 9-5 and take more control over your time and financial future.
• Comfortability using digital tools and following a proven 3-step marketing system.
