Job Description

About the Role: Veeam is the Data and AI Trust Company, protecting over 550,000 customers worldwide. As the Market Aligned People Partner, you will serve as the HR lead for DACH, Benelux, and the Nordics. You will act as the primary contact for all HR matters, advising on local labor legislation, ensuring compliance, and translating global HR initiatives into country-specific actions.

What You'll Do

  • Act as Legal Advisor for DACH, Benelux, and Nordics, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Serve as the custodian for local compliance and lead the implementation of HR policies and procedures at the country level.
  • Collaborate with Employee Relations to manage complex employee relations cases and investigations.
  • Support people managers with employee life-cycle activities including compensation reviews, performance ratings, and hiring.
  • Implement global People & Culture programs locally and drive employee engagement and workplace satisfaction initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's or HR certification preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, with progressive HR experience.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Note: Experience in matrixed or multinational organizations is a strong plus.
