About the Role: Simprints is a nonprofit tech company that partners with ministries and funders to verify identities, digitise workflows, and enable evidence-based decisions. We are looking for a Partnerships Operations Manager to help build the operating engine behind our growth. Sitting at the intersection of sales operations, market intelligence, AI-enabled automation, and proposal development, you will help our team progress high-value opportunities effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and improve Partnerships systems, revamp the CRM engine, and maintain pipeline data, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Build AI-enabled automations to support funder scanning, donor research, meeting preparation, and proposal content development.
  • Scout and qualify new opportunities by monitoring grants, RFPs, and innovation challenges.
  • Support grant applications by coordinating timelines, internal inputs, and compliance checks.
  • Produce concise research outputs like funder briefs, country/sector snapshots, and partner maps.

What You Bring

  • Experience in sales operations, growth operations, fundraising operations, or business development ops (ideally in global health, tech, or international development).
  • Strong systems and process skills, including experience managing CRMs, pipelines, and dashboards.
  • Confidence using AI and automation tools to improve team efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and synthesis skills, alongside strong written communication and project coordination abilities.
