About FeedbackFruits: FeedbackFruits is a high-growth, globally scaling educational technology (EdTech) pioneer headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We construct an advanced platform of interactive teaching tools engineered to genuinely transform how university faculty teach and how students experience learning worldwide. Deeply integrated across premium learning environments, FeedbackFruits unifies human pedagogy with scalable software integrations to unlock real global student engagement and driving academic success paths across leading institutions.

Position Overview

We are seeking a relationship-driven, technically curious Partner Success Associate to take absolute ownership of a portfolio of higher education accounts across the APAC region. In this early-career growth track, you will operate at the absolute intersection of technology, pedagogy, and commercial account management. Reporting directly to the Partner Success Team Lead, you will run active platform onboarding workshops for academic faculty, troubleshoot complex Learning Management System (LMS) integrations, parse adoption telemetry data, and guide pilot implementations smoothly through to conversion. This role requires high-agency ownership, professional English mechanics, and the confidence to guide senior university stakeholders without hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Onboarding & Training: Design and run engaging platform onboarding sequences, faculty training workshops, and product showcases tailored perfectly for instructional designers and university administrators.
  • LMS Integration Troubleshooting: Independently support and optimize the technical setup of FeedbackFruits tools across diverse higher education architectures, navigating and debugging integrations within platforms like Canvas, Moodle, and Blackboard.
  • Adoption Data Analysis: Ingest raw usage statistics to prepare clear adoption summaries, translating metrics into strategic intervention insights for quarterly partner evaluations.
  • Cross-Functional Growth Alignment: Partner alongside internal Sales, Product, and Support units to represent the specific APAC partner perspective during critical contract renewal loops and feature feedback sessions.
  • Pilot Conversion Governance: Drive complex, multi-stakeholder pilot implementations from initial digital integration to institutional contract conversion against firm milestone timelines.
  • Global Brand Representation: Travel across regional university campuses, attend academic conferences, and fly out to corporate gatherings in Amsterdam to evangelize the brand identity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of verified professional history in a high-stakes client-facing role, spanning customer success, Learning & Development (L&D), consultative service tracks, or event management.
  • Excellent written and verbal business English communication mechanics, optimized to lead workshops and influence experienced academic leaders.
  • Strong, self-directed technical troubleshooting instincts—comfortable exploring unknown software layers and looking for root-cause failures.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Management, Information Technology, or related academic tracks.
  • Location Context: Fully remote operational framework open across APAC, carrying an explicit preference for qualified candidates based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia to maximize physical sync metrics with regional hubs and your direct manager. Full working rights in Australia are mandatory; visa sponsorships are unavailable.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior technical familiarity or system administrator experience inside higher education sectors or EdTech ecosystems.
  • Hands-on functional knowledge of enterprise LMS tools including Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, or Brightspace.
  • Fluency in an additional APAC regional language alongside corporate English mechanics.

What We Offer

  • Targeted Annual Compensation: AUD $70,000 base salary per annum, supplemented by a generous 12% superannuation contribution.
  • Performance Variable: Annual on-target variable commercial bonus matching 20% of your total base salary layout.
  • 25 days of annual leave coupled with a dedicated day off for your birthday and 3 days of paid volunteering leave per year.
  • AUD $900 annual Learning & Development learning stipend paired with 3 days of dedicated paid learning leave.
  • Unlimited access to professional mental health coaching and support programs through the OpenUp service network.
  • A tight-knit, fast-moving international team environment that values continuous experimentation and high personal autonomy.
