Job Description

Stripe, the financial infrastructure platform used by millions of companies to increase the GDP of the internet, is looking for a Partner Program Manager to join the Alliances & Channels (A&C) team. You will serve as the AMER analytics and execution engine for A&C Programs, turning partner motions (sales plays, SDR workflows, incentives) into measurable, repeatable operating systems. This role is intentionally data-forward—designed for someone who can independently go from an ambiguous problem to a dashboard without needing a big team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analytics & Dashboarding: Build and maintain AMER dashboards to track partner program health, adoption, and partner-sourced inputs.
  • Data Strategy: Independently define metrics, data models, and documentation so reporting is trusted and reusable.
  • SDR Operations: Own the operating interface with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), developing routing rules, play briefs, and QA loops.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop seller-facing reporting experiences (e.g., "my patch" views) that make partner signals actionable for sales teams.
  • Process Optimization: Improve the incentives/funding request cycle via templates and tracking to unblock execution.
  • Data Hygiene: Partner with GTM Ops to identify gaps in data availability and drive pragmatic fixes.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in analytics, operations, program management, or revenue operations in a GTM environment.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on analytics skills, including strong comfort with Salesforce and SQL (or equivalent).
  • Dashboarding: Demonstrated experience building dashboards used by operators and sellers, not just one-off analyses.
  • Operating Cadence: Experience running cross-functional operating cadences (aligning stakeholders, tracking actions, delivering outcomes).
  • Communication: Clear written communication skills; ability to write concise operating notes and metric definitions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems (SIs, ISVs, platforms) and co-sell/co-deliver motions.

Location & Benefits

  • Remote Policy: You can work remotely if you live 35+ miles (56 km) from a Stripe office. If closer, you are expected to be in the office at least 50% of the time.
  • Hub Locations: Chicago or Atlanta.
  • Compensation: Base salary range of $108,200 - $162,400 plus equity, bonuses, and wellness stipends.
