Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Account Manager to join our growing team. As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our strategic partners, driving revenue growth, and ensuring partner success. This is a critical role that requires a blend of sales acumen, technical understanding, and strong relationship-building skills.
This position is remote and can be based anywhere in Austin, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at strategic partner organizations.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business plans, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives.
- Drive partner revenue growth through effective sales strategies, product training, and enablement programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and support needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner offerings to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure partner alignment and success.
- Provide regular reports on partner performance, pipeline, and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, solutions, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed (estimated 25%).
