We’re hiring Bilingual Probate and Estate Planning Case Managers to assist attorneys with clerical and research support services, including drafting legal documents, managing probate processes, and aiding in litigation matters.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with probate administration, including drafting and filing legal documents.
• Manage the probate process from start to finish.
• Gather and organize documents for probate and estate planning.
• Prepare estate planning documents like wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties in English and Spanish.
• Handle e-filing, track deadlines, and manage correspondence.
• Answer and route phone calls professionally.

Requirements

• Has at least one year of experience working in a U.S. probate law firm.
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
• Has proficiency in legal research, writing, and drafting legal documents.
• Is skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Word.
• Can work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Permanently resides in Latin America.
• Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.
