Paid Media Specialist

About the Role: Weave is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our demand generation team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution, launch, and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns. This role is highly execution-focused, aiming to increase campaign velocity, testing cadence, and overall operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Manage daily campaign implementation, budget pacing, and performance monitoring to ensure efficiency and scale.
• Execute rigorous A/B tests within paid media platforms to drive better conversion rates.
• Perform keyword research, develop bidding strategies, and maintain structured campaign architectures.
• Collaborate with the Head of Growth to ensure paid media programs scale effectively and meet business goals.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to organize complex campaign structures.
• Familiarity with keyword research, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
• Bonus: Experience with B2B lead generation, Salesforce/CRM attribution, conversion tracking (GTM), and analytics integrations.
• A hunger to learn, problem-solve, and progress in a fast-paced environment.
