Position Overview

We are seeking a highly talented, leadership-driven Outsystems Senior Developer to join our core Technical Team. In this pivotal full-stack engineering capacity, you will be at the absolute forefront of our enterprise-level low-code development ecosystems, directing crucial application architectures from conceptual design down through continuous cloud deployment. Blending technical mastery of the Outsystems platform with proactive stakeholder engagement, you will translate abstract business challenges into scalable technical specifications, manage structural code reviews, and act as an influential mentor to elevate our junior engineering squads.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Lifecycle Delivery: Develop, test, optimize, and deliver high-performance, resilient Outsystems web and mobile applications in strict alignment with enterprise business requirements.
• Technical Leadership & Governance: Provide architectural direction and technical governance across cross-functional engineering squads, enforcing structural code review cycles and strict adherence to software patterns.
• Requirements Engineering: Collaborate directly with clients and business stakeholders to discover operational pain points, converting abstract asks into precise technical implementation specs.
• SDLC Process Management: Oversee and safeguard the end-to-end execution of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring low-latency deployment and risk-free version iterations.
• Technology Integration Research: Stay closely synchronized with the latest Outsystems advancements, system updates, and third-party API integration methodologies to continuously inject innovation into current platforms.
• Agile Milestone Tracking: Lead sprint rituals, run technical project alignments, eliminate structural development bottlenecks, and guarantee the timely delivery of mission-critical platform releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field of computer engineering practice.
• A minimum of 7 years of verified professional software development experience, specializing authoritatively within the Outsystems enterprise platform.
• At least 3 years of direct experience operating in a senior engineer, technical lead, or system architect capacity within a fast-moving Outsystems ecosystem.
• Deep, practical comprehension of full-stack application design patterns, relational database modeling, and general software development best practices.
• Hands-on operational fluency navigating Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
• Outstanding visual, verbal, and written communication mechanics, with a proven capacity to interface comfortably between technical developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• High-agency, proactive problem-solving mindset with the resourcefulness to navigate complex system bugs or architecture ambiguities independently.
