About Resend: We are building the modern email sending platform for developers. We care deeply about quality, craft, and the developer experience. Our fully remote team of 40 spans 11 countries and counting. We're backed by a16z, Y Combinator, and others.
Role Overview: Resend has grown to a team of 40 across 11 countries, and the operational surface area has grown with it. From event planning to vendor management to cross-functional logistics, the work that keeps the company running smoothly needs another skilled and creative set of hands. This person will be part of Resend's connective tissue, making sure nothing falls through the cracks as we scale.
In this role, you will…
- Document and automate internal processes
- Manage travel logistics, budgets, and expense workflows
- Manager vendor relationships, renewals, and procurement
- Coordinate projects that don't have a natural home on any single team
- Plan and execute company events (offsites, build weeks, and Resend Conf)
- Handle administrative tasks, from contracts to shipments to onboarding logistics

- Have managed events end-to-end
- Have experience managing external stakeholders
- Have a innate ability to simplifying complexity
- Thrive in ambiguity and create order from chaos
- Have experience in Ops, Finance, or Event Planning
- Have a default to action mindset with a close attention to detail
- Ready to be the face of the company to new employees, candidates, or vendors
