Role Summary

We are hiring an Operations Talent Partner (High-Volume) to lead high-volume hiring matrices across our expanding group. This role focuses on front-line operational, customer-facing, and team leadership talent sourcing—supporting both recently acquired property agencies and our centralized operations teams. As a hands-on, full-cycle recruiter, you will play a critical role in keeping our operational care squads fully staffed as we aggressively scale our real estate tech ecosystem across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End High-Volume Delivery: Own the complete full-cycle recruitment lifecycle for high-volume operational, administrative, and property-focused positions across the group.
  • Pipeline Architecture: Build, monitor, and maintain active, predictive pipelines for repeat-hire positions to easily buffer rapid scaling or unexpected churn.
  • Hiring Manager Alignment: Partner directly with cross-functional operational leaders to forecast hiring velocity, define specific skill scorecards, and align on integration metrics.
  • Multi-Channel Sourcing: Run advanced sourcing sprints utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized property boards, internal referral networks, and external talent alliances.
  • Candidate Journey Management: Conduct structured screening interviews, protect candidate experience through fast response loops, and manage complex offer negotiations alongside leadership.
  • Recruitment Data Tracking: Maintain absolute data hygiene inside the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), generating reports around time-to-hire, channel effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and post-hire retention metrics.
  • M&A Integration Support: Actively support rapid recruitment onboarding sprints during high-intensity acquisition and business integration phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of verified professional experience executing full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced environments.
  • Previous track record handling high-volume hiring metrics, specifically delivering 50+ successful hires annually.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for operational, property-related, customer support, or sales disciplines.
  • Expert-level proficiency navigating LinkedIn Recruiter and leading native digital job board frameworks.
  • Ability to manage a dense volume of active requisitions simultaneously while staying organized under fluid startup guidelines.
  • Strong analytical capability with a solid affinity for utilizing ATS dashboards to report pipeline health to executives.
  • Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge alignment decisions and guide hiring managers toward top talent.
  • Location Context: Fully remote structural alignment open to qualified professionals supporting UK operations.
