Job Description

About the Role: The selected candidate will work closely with the Business Owner and a small team to manage day-to-day operations of the Stranger Soccer business. The role is heavily focused on inventory and revenue management, customer experience and service, and other ad hoc initiatives. We are looking for a dynamic and hospitality-oriented team player to help ensure smooth operations during our peak hours!

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Stranger Soccer business, particularly focusing on the Durban market.
  • Execute inventory and revenue management strategies to optimize operations.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience and provide top-tier customer support.
  • Support operations during peak hours, especially during scheduled games and high-traffic times.
  • Assist with various other ad-hoc operational initiatives and tasks as needed by the Business Owner.

What You Bring

  • Relevant experience in hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, or inventory management.
  • Excellent English communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for customer service, paired with a friendly, positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
  • Bonus: An interest in football is a big plus! Experience working overseas, with international companies, or within the hospitality sector are also highly favorable.
