Operations Manager, SEA

About the Role: At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto. We are a leading crypto exchange and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and dApps. We are looking for an Operations Manager, SEA to design and implement ongoing growth and marketing activities to engage, acquire, and retain our user pool and trading volume.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement ongoing growth and marketing activities to acquire and retain users.
• Boost sales and contribute to long-term business goals by growing relationships with potential clients, agents, and partners.
• Handle disputes and support users/clients with troubleshooting to resolve their issues.
• Monitor transactions continuously, investigating and reporting suspicious activities.
• Conduct market surveys and leverage regional user data to contribute to the team's growth and ops strategies.
• Consistently communicate with key stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Conduct continuous market research to identify and leverage growth opportunities for the product.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in business development and marketing roles in the crypto industry.
• Knowledge of blockchain or crypto is a must.
• Organized, meticulous, and result-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
