Operations Manager

About the Role: Wynd Labs builds infrastructure that delivers massive amounts of web data to power the world's most powerful AI models. We are seeking an Operations Manager to keep the business running with precision through executing financial operations, compliance, record-keeping, and contracts, while strategically identifying inefficiencies to build better processes.

What You'll Do

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Oversee banking, treasury, and cashflow operations, including cryptocurrency payments.
• Drive end-to-end contract management workflows and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Analyze workstreams to identify automation opportunities and own special projects that expand organizational capabilities.
• Collaborate with founders and senior leadership to remove operational friction and proactively surface risks.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of experience in operations, finance, administration, or project management (startup experience is a plus).
• Strong grasp of AP/AR, cashflow management, treasury oversight, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with corporate governance, international compliance obligations, and contract management.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in automation tools, AI tools, Google Workspace, AP platforms, and banking systems.
• Bonus: A highly proactive, self-directed mindset with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
