Job Description
About the Role: Remote is solving modern organizations' biggest challenge by making it possible for businesses to recruit, pay, and manage international teams. We are looking for an Onboarding and Mobility Operations Lead to actively contribute to improving the team's performance within the EOR Operations vertical. This role focuses on operational leadership, systems optimization, and scalability across onboarding and mobility processes.
What You'll Do
- Investigate and help resolve complex operational challenges faced by onboarding and mobility specialists across global operations.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to deliver internal projects spanning operational improvement, system optimization, and workflow automation.
- Observe onboarding and mobility workflows and provide structured recommendations to Product and Engineering teams on system enhancements.
- Act as the initial and first-line escalation point for operational issues raised by cross-functional partners, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
- Analyze, design, and execute technical and automation improvements within onboarding and mobility-adjacent systems.
What You Bring
- A manager of one who operates with strong ownership and autonomy in a fast-moving, global environment.
- Strong operational expertise across a wide range of global countries and regions.
- Strong, demonstrable technical expertise in HR and operations systems, with hands-on exposure to workflow automation, system configuration, and integrations.
- Experience supporting cross-functional HR lifecycle operations (e.g., onboarding, mobility, transitions) in a global environment.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver projects, with excellent communication and conflict management skills.
