Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented NZ GTM Consultant to join our high-performing Content group in a part-time, remote contractor capacity within New Zealand. In this execution-heavy digital curation and taxonomy engineering seat, you will claim absolute individual accountability for identifying, evaluating, and structuring media assets to build an extensive New Zealand Aotearoa History and Cultural Hub on our live streaming platform. Moving completely past passive library logging, you will evaluate incoming content libraries, correct fragmented indexing variables, and drive the systematic ingestion of raw video formats. This project-based seat demands a self-directed curator who possesses deep cultural intelligence, maintains quick operational workflows, and can confidently align metadata definitions with local historical frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultural Hub Asset Identification: Discover, evaluate, and harvest high-value educational video contents and historical media records suited to establish the dedicated New Zealand cultural hub.
• Technical Metadata Governance: Edit, correct, and optimize catalog metadata strings, validating tag clarity, indexing titles, description summaries, and heading hierarchies to eliminate search fragmentation.
• Platform Video Ingestion: Download, parse, and ingest raw digital video content assets directly onto ClickView’s global media hosting infrastructure with extreme precision.
• Linguistic & Semantic Auditing: Ensure that curated materials correctly reflect contextual regional nuances, providing high-fidelity text validation across multi-cultural information layers.
• Cross-Functional Resource Syncing: Collaborate tightly alongside our core Resources team to map deployment timelines, review processing bottlenecks, and refine internal ingestion guidelines.
• Workflow Workflow Acceleration: Implement highly efficient research techniques to hit project milestones independently without sacrificing strict attention to visual and structural details.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional history running digital content curation, technical transcription, multimedia indexing, media localization, or database taxonomy management.
• Outstanding, masterly attention to detail, with a proven history validating text accuracy or reviewing visual design elements across digital platform libraries.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building mechanics, with a highly disciplined, reliable approach to managing asynchronous contract deliverables.
• Cultural Domain Expertise: High familiarity, deep conceptual understanding, or direct connection with Māori or alternative Pasifika cultures is highly preferred to align regional histories correctly.
• Location Context: Part-time project-based contractor parameters open exclusively to qualified digital media specialists permanently residing anywhere within New Zealand.
• Schedule Commitment: Active availability to dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per week working from home with high personal lifestyle flexibility over your daily operational hours.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior experience evaluating or categorizing streaming assets for academic publishing houses, public broadcasting systems, or K-12 learning management platforms (LMS).
• Practical familiarity navigating cloud-based uploading systems, digital asset management (DAM) platforms, or content spreadsheets.
• Background or academic coursework in New Zealand history, anthropology, indigenous studies, or film production environments.
