Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Next.js Developer to join our forward-thinking web development team. In this role, you will craft high-performance, scalable, and user-centric applications using modern JavaScript frameworks. You will work in a collaborative, agile environment where your code will directly impact our digital presence and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Development: Develop, maintain, and optimize Next.js applications (SSR & Static) for fast load times and seamless user experiences.
Collaboration: Work with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate requirements into functional features.
Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to enhance application capabilities.
Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js.
Testing: Conduct thorough testing and debugging across multiple browsers and devices.
Agile Process: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
Core Tech: Proven experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG), React.js, and strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
APIs: Experience integrating RESTful APIs, working with JSON, and managing authentication protocols.
Infrastructure: Familiarity with AWS cloud services, Linux environments, and deployment pipelines.
Version Control: Proficiency in GitHub or SVN.
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
Backend Knowledge: Understanding of backend technologies (Ruby on Rails, Java, C#, .NET, or Python).
Databases: Hands-on experience with SQL databases (MySQL, SQL Server).
Additional Languages: Familiarity with C++, VBA, or Java is advantageous.
Tools: Experience with Agile tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Job Details
Expected Hours: ~30 hours per week.
