Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys speaking with patients and understanding their stories? This is an opportunity to join our remote clinical team and play a key role in welcoming new patients into our service.

In this role, you will conduct pre-assessment consultations with prospective patients, gathering important medical information and helping determine their suitability for medicinal cannabis treatment. You will be the first clinical point of contact, ensuring every patient feels heard, supported, and well informed as they begin their treatment journey.

What is the job?

We are looking for a dedicated New Patient Nurse to join our remote clinical team and play an important part in the patient journey. In this role, you will conduct pre-assessment consultations with prospective patients, gathering key medical information and helping determine their suitability for medicinal cannabis treatment. This is a fully remote position, offering a patient-focused environment where you can support individuals from the very first stage of their care pathway.

What will you be doing?

• Conduct video-based pre-assessment consultations with patients.
• Gather detailed medical histories, including current medications and family health backgrounds
• Assess patient suitability for referral to Montu’s expert consultants
• Maintain accurate and confidential records
• Provide clear guidance to patients about the onboarding process and address any questions.

What do you need?

• A Registered Nurse (NMC registered) with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
• A degree in Nursing (UK-based qualification).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience working in telehealth or speaking to patients in remote settings is desired
• Confidence in using digital platforms for remote consultations.
• A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
