Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, highly creative Multimedia Producer to spearhead our end-to-end content production pipeline across both interactive video and static visual layout formats. Serving as the primary creative catalyst on our distributed marketing team and reporting directly to the Ecommerce Marketing Manager, you will take absolute technical ownership of content development from abstract conceptualization through to final asset export. Moving far beyond reactively executing static briefs, you will autonomously pitch native ideas, draft production materials, and optimize visual delivery to supercharge our brand presence across social feeds, email channels, performance marketing funnels, and major marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Production Architecture: Proactively pitch, sketch, and develop comprehensive content concepts for product showcases, cross-brand collaborations, and high-engagement short-form social videos.
- Creative Brief & Script Authoring: Write polished scripts, video copy, aesthetic moodboards, dynamic storyboards, and precise shot lists to be handed off to field photographers and videographers.
- High-Impact Video Production (~70%): Process, chop, and edit long-form and short-form video formats optimized for platform-native delivery across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Lemonade.
- Performance Ad Engineering: Conceptualize and edit conversion-focused video ad creatives tailored for rapid testing cycles within multi-channel paid social campaigns.
- Static Visual Asset Design (~30%): Construct and polish pristine product images compliant with rigid Amazon and Shopify storefront marketplace listing metrics.
- Digital Merchandising Layouts: Design eye-catching web banners for the core Shopify storefront, alongside conversion-optimized visual templates for email marketing drops.
- Motion Component Application: Inject dynamic motion elements, text overlays, kinetic typography, transitions, and audio filters into post-production timelines to enforce structural engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of verified professional history running content production pipelines, video editing suites, or digital multimedia seats (outstanding freelance or personal passion project portfolios are safely accepted).
- Technical mastery navigating elite post-production suites, including Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Operational proficiency across core image manipulation software, specifically including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Camera Raw, and Canva.
- Practical competency with foundational audio mastering systems, including Adobe Audition or Audacity.
- Comprehensive operational literacy regarding e-commerce product image parameters and listing frameworks mandated by **Amazon and Shopify**.
- Strong, professional verbal and written **English communication mechanics**.
- Location Context: 100% remote-first full-time operational framework open explicitly to qualified multimedia experts permanently based within Pakistan, India, or the Philippines (Manila).
- Shift Tracking Parameters: Absolute personal availability to synchronize and work productively during **Australian (AU) or Philippine (PH) timezone business hours**.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior experience producing short-form high-converting ad assets specifically tailored for DTC e-commerce brands or outdoor lifestyle niches.
- Familiarity with paid media creative frameworks and algorithmic retention rules across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Advanced multimedia competencies such as basic vector animation sequences or custom motion graphics.
