Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, data-curious Motion & Graphic Designer to join our core centralized Performance Creative collective in a full-time remote capacity across the United States. In this high-leverage and conversion-focused design seat, you will step up to claim individual operational accountability for engineering compelling, high-performing visual assets that stop the scroll and dramatically improve marketing KPIs across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok channels. Shifting completely away from routine heritage image editing, slow presentation deck construction, or non-quantifiable decorative styling, you will operate at the intersection of psychology and multimedia craft—collaborating side-by-side with media buyers and content managers to transform audience insights into live digital experiments. This position requires an agile agency veteran with 1 to 3 years of digital advertising history who models high-converting ad layouts fluidly natively using Graphic Design principles, builds engaging runtime animations smoothly natively using Motion Graphics toolsets, and designs rigorous data-backed A/B split tests confidently inside modern CRO engine platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Lifecycle Performance Ad Asset Design: Conceptualize, design, and implement high-converting, polished digital ad units, social static cards, and bespoke landing page assets cleanly natively utilizing Graphic Design platforms (specifically requiring Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator mastery).
  • Advanced Video and Motion Graphics Curation: Produce, animate, and scale high-impact motion graphics, animated typographic overlays, and short-form video cutdowns optimized explicitly for paid social networks natively leveraging Motion Graphics software suites (such as After Effects and Premiere Pro).
  • Platform-Specific Video Re-Engineering: Edit, splice, and re-frame existing client B2B video assets into performant, short-attention-span ad variants tailored precisely to platform aspect ratios, text safe-zones, and user behavior trends.
  • Data-Driven A/B Testing and Experimental Design: Structure, implement, and track rigorous creative split tests and user experiments across live web channels, utilizing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) platforms including Optimizely, Unbounce, and CrazyEgg.
  • User Behavior Research and Analytics: Conduct proactive target audience user research, evaluating user session recordings, usability testing protocols, and interactive heat mapping logs to validate your design hypotheses.
  • Absolute Brand Consistency Governance: Preserve and enforce rigid brand guidelines across all static, motion, and video systems, cleanly adapting aesthetics to mirror the technical requirements of diverse enterprise B2B client portfolios.
  • Asynchronous Multi-Project Administration: Own, update, and manage multiple client design deliverables simultaneously under high-speed agency timelines, coordinating execution paths in lockstep with internal project managers and media buyers.
  • AI-Forward Process Exploration: Actively research, learn, and embed emerging generative AI design helpers and layout automation scripts directly into your production workflows to continually multiply asset delivery velocity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of verified professional history running commercial motion graphics animation, video post-production editing, or digital kinetic design within a corporate or marketing setup.
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of documented history explicitly creating graphic designs for digital marketing ad campaigns, conversion optimization tracks, conversion copy frameworks, or agency-led brand accounts.
  • Deep, authoritative technical command of visual hierarchy rules, color psychology, typographic spacing constraints, digital asset delivery metrics, and platform video encoding guidelines.
  • Expert-tier capability formatting master web layouts, modifying multi-layered file groups, and structuring reusable component blocks natively utilizing Graphic Design software models (including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Practical operational familiarity configuring timeline keyframes, manipulating vector shapes, and exporting short-form social video units natively using Motion Graphics programs (specifically Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro).
  • Proven, hands-on familiarity analyzing data indicators like click-through rates, heat maps, and conversion values to iteratively refine and update design variants.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and portfolio communication attributes in business-fluent English, enabling flawless collaborative alignment when sharing design progress over Slack and Zoom frameworks.
  • Location Context: Position structured as a 100% remote layout open exclusively to qualified multimedia designers based permanently and resident within the United States, with secondary optional physical access to our offices in Irvine, California.
