Motion Designer

Solvative is looking for a Motion Designer who is passionate about creating meaningful visual stories through motion, video, and animation. If you love experimenting with new techniques, simplifying complex ideas through animation, and using motion design to guide users, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Motion Graphics: Design and create industry-leading motion graphics for video deliverables across web and mobile media.
• Video Editing: Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Production: Plan, set up, and shoot small to mid-sized video projects.
• Visual Storytelling: Assist in designing and creating storyboards, and prepare design plans, concepts, and layouts.
• Collaboration: Work with the creative director, producers, and art teams to resolve design issues and understand project objectives.
• Asset Management: Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, and animation; maintain best practices for version control and file organization.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of design experience in an advertising, branding, or in-house agency.
• Portfolio: Excellent ideation and conceptual skills, reflected in a strong portfolio.
• Project Management: Ability to handle multiple large-scale video projects and establish timelines effectively.
• Communication: Exceptional communication, teamwork, and presentation skills for varied stakeholder groups.
