Mobile Engineer (Flutter & AI)

We are looking for a Mobile Engineer to craft delightful UI/UX experiences. You will work on our app built in Flutter, focusing on those "magic moments" and smooth animations that make an app feel premium. Over the coming years, we look to build a team around you.

Key Responsibilities

• Flutter Development: Design, build, and enhance the mobile application using Flutter, ensuring a seamless and "delightful" user experience.
• UI/UX Magic: Focus deeply on UI interactions, magic moments, and animations.
• Product Ownership: Build products from scratch, involved in every step from design to shipping and iterating based on customer feedback.
• AI-First Workflow: Utilize AI tools (like Cursor) to expand your efficiency and creative output. We want someone who experiments with different models and automates intelligent workflows.
• Future Leadership: Potential to grow into a full-fledged Technical Lead role as the team expands.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Tech Stack: Experience with Flutter is a strong plus (we are built on it).
• AI Obsession: You must be obsessed with AI—constantly seeking ways to use tools like Cursor or new models to improve your coding speed and quality.
• Mindset: You enjoy the challenge of building from scratch and stepping into the unknown to find the right tool for the job.
