MLOps / LLMOps Engineer

About the Role: Irth Solutions is a software product company building a governed, multi-cloud Databricks Lakehouse to support analytics and AI/ML innovation. We are looking for an MLOps / LLMOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate scalable ML and LLM systems while working closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams.

What You'll Do

• Operationalize model training, evaluation, and deployment using Databricks, Delta Lake, and medallion architecture.
• Deploy and manage ML and GenAI solutions, including NLP and RAG pipelines, and optimize LLM pipelines using vector databases.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Databricks Asset Bundles across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
• Monitor pipeline health, model performance, drift, and system reliability while tracking LLM performance metrics.
• Implement data contracts, ensure secure handling of sensitive data, and maintain full lineage from data sources to deployed models.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in MLOps, LLMOps, or ML platform engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and ML deployment workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed data processing frameworks.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, data quality validation, and building production-grade ML pipelines with observability.
• Bonus: Experience with LLM pipelines, prompt engineering, Azure/AWS cloud platforms, and MLflow.
