Position Overview

We are seeking a highly collaborative, process-driven Middle Front-End Engineer to own the feature lifecycle development of our complex user-facing web dashboards. Working natively within an architectural stack centered on Angular and TypeScript, you will lead the implementation of UI components designed to make industrial data streaming highly interactive and digestible. You will take feature ownership from design specs and estimation points straight through to testing and automated release pipelines, cooperating closely with lead developers, QA mechanics, and backend engineers to continuously optimize application render speeds.

Key Responsibilities

• Angular Application Engineering: Architect, implement, and support complex web application features and reusable UI component architectures using Angular (v10+) and TypeScript.
• Frontend Render Optimization: Profile and continuously optimize web architectures to ensure maximum scalability, clean maintainability, and quick paint speeds under heavy payload streams.
• Cross-Functional Component Alignment: Partner with product designers, back-end engineers, and QA specialists to map functional system requirements into visually flawless, responsive user dashboards.
• Code Quality & Reviews: Champion high code quality benchmarks by participating in rigorous peer code reviews, adhering to strict coding guidelines, and writing robust unit test suites.
• Data Integration & Contracts: Connect frontend state representations seamlessly with underlying enterprise microservices using structured REST APIs and JSON schemas.
• Technical Mentorship: Provide clear constructive feedback, code strategy guidance, and asynchronous support to junior developers inside the frontend engineering circle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of verified professional history running commercial web application tracks, containing at least 2+ years of explicit, hands-on production engineering inside Angular (v10+) frameworks.
• Advanced, production-grade command over TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 layout primitives.
• Deep style design architecture experience leveraging CSS preprocessors (SCSS) and utility-first styling systems like Tailwind CSS.
• Solid conceptual understanding of cross-browser compatibility mechanics, responsive web layouts, and frontend performance metrics.
• Confident tracking software version trees using Git workflows (feature branches, pull requests, and multi-developer conflict mitigation).
• Upper-Intermediate English level (minimum B2 baseline), with the functional capacity to write clean documentation and debate technical architectures during live syncs.
• Location Context: 100% remote-first operational framework open exclusively to qualified software engineers permanently based inside Ukraine.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

• Prior technical exposure implementing reactive global state management solutions such as NgRx, Akita, or NGXS.
• Hands-on familiarity with UI design libraries or modular enterprise design systems including Angular Material or PrimeNG.
• Familiarity navigating or configuring automated CI/CD automation pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
• Basic knowledge of alternative web libraries like React to support multi-tool engineering decision-making loops.
