About Boulevard: Boulevard provides the premier, industry-leading client experience platform engineered specifically for appointment-based, self-care enterprises. Launched in 2016 after months of deep field research alongside salon managers and reception desks, Boulevard builds modern, sophisticated management software that empowers salons, spas, medspas, and barbershops to optimize operations. We design every detail to maximize platform power and impact, translating complex scheduling, payments, and marketing workflows into magical customer moments.
Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, data-driven Mid-Market Account Executive to transform multi-location business prospects into long-lasting platform partners and brand evangelists. In this full-cycle closing track, you will lead consultative sales cycles ranging from 1 to 3 months, interfacing directly with founders, regional directors, and corporate ownership groups. Acting as a trusted operational advisor, you will discover organizational pain points, articulate clear financial ROI, and close new business targets consistently against monthly and quarterly quotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Manage and drive mid-market business opportunities from early discovery and custom product demonstrations through complex multi-stakeholder contract negotiations and final close.
- Pipeline Generation & Management: Architect a healthy, sustainable pipeline via structured outbound prospecting, strategic follow-up sequences, regional travel, and channel partnerships.
- SDR Collaboration: Partner tightly with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to build multi-threaded account targeting strategies and multi-channel outreach campaigns.
- CRM Hygiene & Forecasting: Maintain flawless opportunity records, close-ratio probabilities, and sales pipeline tracking matrices inside Salesforce.
- Cross-Functional Transitioning: Collaborate with internal onboarding, merchant payments, and customer success squads to guarantee frictionless post-sale account handoffs.
- Market Intel Contribution: Feed live field feedback, competitor pricing strategies, and feature request logs back to product management teams to refine company messaging lines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of verified professional experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS closing roles, with a clear history of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Proven capacity to guide moderate-length sales cycles involving multiple corporate decision-makers and regional operational stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with a consultative, diagnostic selling method focused on addressing operational inefficiencies.
- Polished written and verbal presentation mechanics, with absolute comfort mapping out software ROI and baseline pricing metrics.
- Self-motivated operational mindset with outstanding time management and prioritization capabilities.
- Familiarity navigating modern sales technology stacks including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or Chili Piper.
- Location Context: 100% remote working infrastructure flexibility open to qualified sales professionals operating within the United States.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Direct previous experience selling into the beauty, aesthetics, medspa, dermatology, or wellness brand verticals.
- Prior track record selling operational business software, CRM nodes, integrated merchant payment rails, or Point of Sale (POS) applications.
What We Offer
- Base Salary Estimate: $150,000 – $170,000 USD (Final compensation package is grounded in internal equity matrices and local market competitiveness, balanced with strong commission incentives).
- 100% remote-first workplace freedom accompanied by a monthly remote work-from-home expense stipend.
- Comprehensive health benefit structures covering premium medical, dental, vision, and corporate life insurance plans.
- Robust 401(k) retirement savings program supported by competitive company match provisions.
- Flexible vacation day allowance encouraging healthy work-life balance intervals.
- Access to family planning resources, equity stock options, and the Boulevard Bucks Learning and Development program to explore client businesses in the marketplace.
