Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant - Octopus by RTG

About the Role: Octopus is proud to be part of the Robusta Technology Group (RTG), a leading tech consultancy group. We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant to manage, enhance, and optimize Theeb's Dynamics 365 platform across all departments. This role combines technical expertise and business process knowledge to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-centric solutions.

What You'll Do

• Manage and support the overall Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring stability, functionality, and alignment with business needs.
• Lead integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise platforms like CarPro, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Data Warehouse.
• Conduct gap analysis and develop improvement plans for process optimization.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
• Oversee change management, testing, and release management activities while ensuring compliance with IT policies.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, or CRM).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems and APIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Bonus: Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Solution Architect certifications.
