Position & Project Overview

We are launching a high-output, short-term 2-week data alignment initiative focused on standardising, cleansing, and validating multi-tier healthcare records using advanced AI-assisted tools. This intensive sprint requires detail-oriented medical students, recent graduates, or early-career healthcare professionals to join a structured data pipeline squad. Operating within high-velocity data environments, selected contractors will validate a target minimum of 3,000 records per day across medical, pharmaceutical, and laboratory datasets, using a specialized internal verification data portal.

Specialist Hiring Categories

Applicants will be screened and aligned across the following technical review pipelines based on clinical background:

• Laboratory Scientist (Medical Data): Audit and validate laboratory telemetry and diagnostic data records using strict LOINC coding standards, manually correcting anomalies in AI-generated predictions.
• Pharmacy Specialist: Map, transform, and validate medication data arrays utilizing global RxNorm standards while refining AI-suggested pharmacy-related customer logs.
• Clinical Specialist (Doctor): Review prediction engine outputs for clinical correctness and map diagnostic profiles against standardized ICD-10 classification codes.
• Project Supervisor (Senior Clinical Reviewer): Execute a mandatory 25% audit across all daily record batches, oversee multi-disciplinary quality assurance, and resolve discrepancy logs to guarantee data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate high-volume clinical, pharmaceutical, or laboratory datasets within a structured, fast-paced processing workflow to meet the 3,000 daily record benchmark.
• Interact with internal data portals to cross-verify, flag, and correct errors inside AI-generated classification outputs.
• Leverage spreadsheet environments and data management software tools to track dataset changes, mapping attributes accurately across tables.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and data engineers to flag systematic evaluation gaps or model feedback vulnerabilities.
• Maintain absolute adherence to strict medical data privacy, confidentiality protocols, and information security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant clinical or medical qualification (e.g., Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Laboratory Scientist, or closely aligned healthcare discipline).
• Prior academic or professional exposure navigating structured clinical coding systems (such as ICD-10, LOINC, or RxNorm frameworks).
• Demonstrated ability to preserve meticulous attention to detail and data consistency when managing large, repetitive volumes of electronic health records.
• Digital proficiency navigating modern data management environments, specifically Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or web-based data entry portals.
• Comfortable operating alongside AI-assisted automation loops and flexible to adapt to strict operational deadlines.
• Timeline Mandate: Absolute, uncompromised availability for the full duration of the 2-week project lifecycle, including weekend coverage schedules.
